Crude rice bran oil is extracted from the Rice bran which is the most nutritious part in the rice.
After receiving powdered rice bran and rice germ from our rice milling partners within the stipulated time after milling, the aforesaid materials will go through our strict laboratory test and only the approved materials will send to our Crude Rice Oil Processing Plant. The approved materials will enter the cleaning screen in our processing plant to remove the impurities. After the impurities have been removed, the materials will be conditioned before going through the palletizing process. The palletized materials will then enter the extractor for crude oil extraction process.
