We understand timely delivery is extremely important to our customers and we are committed to achieve that.
The bran layers after being separated from the brown rice grains, in order to ensure ultimate freshness of the ingredients, our rice milling partners will send the fresh Rice Bran to our Plant for Crude Oil Extraction within the stipulated time.
Upon receiving the fresh Rice Bran from our rice milling partners, the fresh ingredient samples will be tested by our laboratory, which to ensure they can meet our strict laboratory test. Only the accepted fresh rice bran will be delivered to our extraction plant, and start the extraction process.
After the crude rice bran oil being extracted from the accepted rice bran, the crude rice bran oil samples will be sent to our laboratory to test its quality. The qualified Crude rice bran oil will then to be refined in our refinery plant. During the refining process, our Quality Controller will ensure that the oils can meet our customer's requirements in every refining steps.
Before packing, the pure refined rice bran oil will send to our Laboratory to test for their quality. Those refined oils which cannot meet our customer's requirements will be rejected and only the quality achieved refined oils are being packed in our packing factory.
After the qualified refined oils are being packed, our Quality Controller will take samples of the packed refined oils for final quality check. Only the products which passed our final quality check will deliver to our customer on a timely basis.
In order to ensure the quality tests in every stage is properly conducted, our highly qualified professional team is following the high standard quality control system and procedure, with the help of the modern equipment, so to achieve the high results accuracy.
We follow international standards of food safety and are certified as HACCP.
We follow Rules for control and use of Halal Certificate.
